The Basics

All sales are final due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

We’ll happily offer a replacement or refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect

• You received the wrong item or size

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• A photo showing the problem

Once we review your claim, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate. You may not need to return the original item.

We cannot offer returns or refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse (e.g., you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind)

• Incorrect address entered at checkout

• Delays in shipping once the item is in transit​

Sizing Tip

Please refer to our size chart carefully before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a looser fit.
